Why have you become a teacher?
I love children, and I love how the Bible tells us to pass on information, stories, traditions, and knowledge to the younger generations. I enjoy being a part of that process and seeing their faces "light up" as they learn something new!
Who is your most memorable teacher and why?
Mr. Camry-Hoggit taught New Testament History in college. He was a great story teller and made his lessons memorable. One day, he came into class dressed like John the Baptist, sat in the back of the class and waited until someone noticed him sitting there. He taught the whole class in character, from the personal perspective of John the Baptist, and made his story come to life before our eyes. I'll never forget him.
